you'll also notice that the Brave Safe Storage was re-added into Keychain Access and Nighly has access.

re-launch the browser and you'll notice that you'll get the error notification implemented from Sync warn keyring locked brave-core#14224.

go into Keychain Access and find Brave Safe Storage and remove by right clicking and selecting Delete Brave Safe Storage.

create a sync chain via brave://settings/braveSync/setup and close the browser entirely.

It works fine when you remove access of a particular application as per brave/brave-core#14224 (comment), but doesn't work if you're actually removing Brave Safe Storage and re-launching the browser. So looks like there's an issue where if you remove Brave Safe Storage entirely and then re-launch the browser, the warning via brave://settings/braveSync/setup isn't removed even though Brave Nightly has access.
